- Monitor global tech patents, academic research, and startup ecosystems
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior futurists and build thought leadership through industry publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
