Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and board members, ensuring clarity and buy-in across the organization.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the experimentation phase of new technologies, managing pilot programs to validate feasibility before full-scale implementation.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor movements and industry shifts to keep our strategic advantage sharp and relevant.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product strategy within a high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA/MSc) is a strong plus.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and anticipate technological shifts several years in advance (specifically regarding the 2026 landscape).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives from concept to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
