Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable system architectures capable of supporting next-generation AI models and spatial computing environments.
- Lead Innovation Roadmaps: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 suite of products, ensuring alignment with emerging global tech standards.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-performance computing solutions that maximize efficiency in neural network training and inference.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor junior engineers in advanced software engineering practices.
- Security & Compliance: Implement state-of-the-art security protocols to protect sensitive future-tech data assets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with a specific focus on AI/ML infrastructure or advanced computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of generative AI trends, spatial computing, or next-gen simulation technologies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
