Responsibilities
- Architect high-scale, distributed systems designed for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing basics, Generative AI pipelines).
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering department.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic business requirements into robust, scalable technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, conducting rigorous code reviews and technical architecture reviews.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and high availability across all global deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that keep us ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on serverless and microservices.
- Deep understanding of machine learning models, data pipelines, and AI integration strategies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
