Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks.
- Lead the technical architecture and implementation of features from concept to production.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Optimize application performance and ensure best practices for security, accessibility, and SEO.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements and user stories.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in React (Frontend) and Node.js or Python (Backend).
- Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
