Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar coordination, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for C-suite leadership
- Oversee front desk operations including visitor screening, call routing, and mail distribution
- Coordinate complex international and domestic travel with attention to detail and budget compliance
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement for office supplies, catering, and facility services
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and confidential documents with precision
- Lead cross-departmental projects including event planning, onboarding coordination, and process optimization
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive corporate information
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive-level receptionist or administrative support experience
- Proven expertise in calendar management and executive travel coordination
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling software
