Responsibilities
- Manage intricate executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, presentations, and board meeting materials with impeccable attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, facilities coordination, and project tracking.
- Facilitate cross-departmental initiatives and act as a liaison between various teams.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications to ensure key stakeholders receive timely responses.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Senior Admin Assistant in a corporate or executive setting.
- Proven ability to manage calendars for multiple executives simultaneously without conflict.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment in decision-making.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
