Your Role:
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will bridge the gap between complex mathematical theory and scalable engineering solutions. You will lead high-impact projects, mentor junior talent, and set the technical vision for our data strategy.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models (including LLMs and Generative AI) to solve complex business problems.
- Data Strategy: Own the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data ingestion and cleaning to feature engineering and model evaluation.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct original research to explore new algorithms and methodologies relevant to our 2026 roadmap.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to translate insights into actionable product features.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior data scientists and data engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve model accuracy and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow), SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Modeling: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems with structured, analytical thinking.
