Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform quality assurance checks with 99.5%+ accuracy standards
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting daily productivity targets
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve data discrepancies and system issues
- Generate daily/weekly reports on data integrity and workflow metrics
- Train junior staff on data protocols and company standards
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools
- Associate degree in Data Management or equivalent certification required
- Proven track record of error-free data handling in regulated industries
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in high-volume environments
