- Train junior staff on advanced data management systems
- Generate weekly data quality reports for executive stakeholders
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional data entry experience with financial systems
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) and Salesforce
- Proven ability to process 8,000+ keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy
- Certificate in Data Management or related field preferred
- Experience with healthcare or financial industry compliance standards (HIPAA, SOX)
