Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries with empathy and precision
- Exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Maintain detailed CRM records with 99% accuracy
- Mentor junior agents on best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to improve service offerings
- Participate in monthly innovation workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume call center experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven approach
- Fluency in Spanish (highly preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
