Responsibilities
- Master product knowledge through immersive training modules
- Resolve client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Proactively identify process improvements for client workflows
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and training materials
- Maintain 25+ daily customer interactions while meeting SLAs
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
- 1+ years in customer service or related field preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability for on-site training in San Diego (9am-5pm)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional client visits)
