Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 core infrastructure, ensuring scalability and high availability.
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps for integrating cutting-edge AI models into legacy systems.
- Mentor a team of junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance testing to ensure system integrity and security.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep understanding of distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Demonstrated success in leading high-stakes projects from conception to deployment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
