Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the core 2026 Protocol infrastructure.
- Define technical strategy and ensure scalability for high-volume, low-latency environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative features.
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level developers to maintain high code quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and propose effective solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in the 2026 technology stack and integrate relevant advancements into our roadmap.
- Drive best practices in security, performance optimization, and cloud-native development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
