Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Architect to lead the development of our proprietary 2026 AI and Quantum Computing Initiative. In this high-stakes role, you will define the architectural blueprints for next-generation processing units and neural networks designed to solve complex global challenges.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between theoretical quantum mechanics and practical, scalable enterprise AI solutions. You will work alongside a world-class team of physicists, data scientists, and engineers to build the infrastructure that will define the technological landscape of the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 Initiative's core infrastructure, focusing on quantum supremacy and neural network optimization.
- Define and enforce best practices for scalability, security, and performance across all R&D projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept (PoC) validation for emerging technologies.
- Manage technical roadmaps and ensure delivery milestones are met within strict timelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or high-performance computing.
- Strong background in quantum computing principles or equivalent advanced computing architectures.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience leading large-scale distributed systems and managing technical teams.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related STEM field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate in ambiguous environments and drive projects from concept to deployment.
