Responsibilities
- Architect and develop advanced machine learning pipelines designed for the 2026 technology stack, including predictive AI and deep learning models.
- Lead research initiatives to explore novel algorithms, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and ethical AI implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to translate technical requirements into robust software solutions.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, ensuring high performance, low latency, and minimal computational cost.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the AI research division.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field (5+ years of experience considered in lieu of a degree).
- Extensive experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong proficiency in big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying production-grade NLP or Computer Vision models.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
