Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on scaling Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications.
- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies (e.g., multimodal AI, agentic workflows) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to establish ethical AI frameworks and governance structures.
- Present complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Manage cross-functional partnerships to drive product adoption and user growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps for high-growth companies.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI architectures, NLP, and vector databases.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Experience leading remote and distributed engineering teams.
