Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical and operational roadmap for AI adoption leading up to 2026, identifying high-impact opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Future Tech Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Advanced LLMs, Spatial Computing) and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Executive Consultation: Partner with C-level executives to articulate technology visions, manage stakeholder expectations, and secure buy-in for large-scale digital transformations.
- Implementation Leadership: Oversee the pilot programs of next-gen AI tools, measuring KPIs and scaling successful initiatives across global offices.
- Risk & Ethics Governance: Establish frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and algorithmic bias to ensure responsible innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Strategic Consulting, Product Management, or Enterprise Architecture, with a specific focus on AI and Automation.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and predictive analytics tools.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term (5-10 year horizon) and navigate complex organizational change management.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
