Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Models: Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models for perception and control systems.
- Lead System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI software with hardware components to ensure seamless functionality.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists.
- Rapid Prototyping: Build and test prototypes using simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, Unity) before physical deployment.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with product managers, safety officers, and external partners to align technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, robotics, or autonomous systems development.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of reinforcement learning, computer vision, SLAM, and sensor fusion.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
