Responsibilities
- Lead Model Architecture: Spearhead the design and training of next-generation neural networks capable of complex reasoning and zero-shot learning.
- Research & Development: Publish cutting-edge papers and implement novel algorithms to push the boundaries of what is possible in AI safety and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to translate theoretical research into tangible, user-centric products.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines to ensure AI systems remain fair, transparent, and free from bias.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Technical Strategy: Define long-term technical roadmaps for the AI division aligned with the company's 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Experience: 7+ years of industry experience in AI/ML research, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or lead researcher capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, and familiarity with large language model (LLM) architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: A proven track record of innovation, evidenced by patents or high-impact publications in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems under tight deadlines.
