Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Conduct rigorous research on ethical AI, bias mitigation, and safety alignment in autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and designers to translate research into scalable products.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning research, with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with distributed training, MLOps, and model serving frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
