We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Research Engineer to spearhead the development of our flagship initiative, Project 2026. This role sits at the intersection of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics. Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize proprietary neural network models for high-throughput inference.
- Lead the R&D efforts for Project 2026, focusing on multimodal learning and edge computing integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver cutting-edge AI features.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to validate model performance and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps and model deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience deploying large-scale models on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data pipelines, and Kubernetes.
