Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end research and development of core AI models for Project 2026, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Design and implement novel training pipelines and optimization techniques for massive neural networks.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, analysis, and peer review to drive continuous improvement in model performance.
- Stay at the forefront of the academic landscape, integrating cutting-edge findings into our development roadmap.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, machine learning research, or a related role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems with innovative solutions.
