Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical insights into real-world AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Stay at the forefront of the AI landscape, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge research into our stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning research or applied AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GNNs, Diffusion Models).
- Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
