As a key member of our R&D division, you will work at the intersection of cutting-edge research and scalable production engineering. You will be responsible for training, fine-tuning, and deploying state-of-the-art AI models that power our enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of proprietary Generative AI and LLM architectures.
- Optimize model inference performance for real-time applications and massive scale deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing product ecosystems.
- Pioneer novel training techniques, including reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) and distillation.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and safety alignment.
- Conduct academic-level research and publish findings to establish industry thought leadership.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with fine-tuning large-scale models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama, or similar) on custom datasets.
