Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term 2026 AI Strategy, identifying key research gaps and technological trends.
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures for large-scale generative tasks.
- Lead a team of research scientists and engineers in high-impact projects, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to achieve industry-leading performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate research breakthroughs into scalable products.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the open-source community.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in research engineering, machine learning, or deep learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or shipping industry-defining AI products.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision fundamentals.
- Experience with distributed training systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
