Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable deep learning models and quantum-classical hybrid algorithms tailored for 2026 workloads.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of quantum computing hardware into existing AI pipelines using frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize neural network architectures for edge devices and high-performance cloud environments to ensure low-latency inference.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and autonomous agent systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest standards of software engineering.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate novel AI concepts using simulation and real-world testing environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Quantum Knowledge: Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and experience with quantum software development kits (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
