Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical AI models.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable deep learning frameworks for next-gen applications.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to optimize computational efficiency.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists in advanced AI methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into product roadmaps.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance in high-stakes environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong aptitude for learning them.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
