Job Description
Are you ready to architect the future of computing? Horizon 2026 Solutions is seeking a visionary Senior AI & Quantum Integration Architect to lead our cutting-edge research and development initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between classical machine learning and next-generation quantum computing paradigms, designing systems that will define the technology landscape of the mid-2020s and beyond.
Why Join Us?
We are not just building software; we are building the infrastructure for tomorrow. You will work with a world-class team of physicists, engineers, and data scientists in the heart of Silicon Valley.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms optimized for near-term quantum processors.
- Lead the architectural planning for large-scale AI systems integrating quantum hardware acceleration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Establish best practices for quantum error mitigation and AI model robustness in unstable environments.
- Define the long-term roadmap for AI/Quantum integration within the organization.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of quantum hardware-software interfaces.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in advanced quantum computing concepts.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software architecture.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane) and cloud quantum services (e.g., IBM Quantum, AWS Braket).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and stochastic processes.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
