Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing and model training.
- Research and prototype novel deep learning architectures to advance the state-of-the-art in generative AI.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and security.
- Translate complex technical requirements into robust, production-ready software solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformers, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience deploying and serving models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of improving model accuracy and performance in production.
