Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Lead architectural decisions for high-throughput data pipelines and model inference engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in large-scale production environments.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends, including Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied Research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning libraries.
- Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
