Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable Machine Learning models, specifically focusing on LLMs and Reinforcement Learning agents for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers to define the technical vision for future AI capabilities.
- Optimize existing neural network architectures for edge computing and real-time inference.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric AI features.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics in our development lifecycle.
- Conduct research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI interfaces) to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Proven experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow) for production deployment.
