Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and architectures for real-time AI applications.
- Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning models for specific domain applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and integrate them into our technology stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
