Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices are upheld throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML systems.
