Job Description
Shape the Future of Intelligence
Join 2026 Systems, a pioneer in next-generation artificial intelligence. We are on a mission to architect the neural networks that will power the global economy in 2026 and beyond. We are looking for a visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of our proprietary Large Language Model (LLM) suite.
In this role, you will not just write code; you will define the ethical frameworks and technical architectures that will define the digital frontier. If you are obsessed with scalability, generative AI, and solving humanity's most complex problems, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models with a focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Infrastructure Optimization: Engineer high-performance pipelines and scalable cloud infrastructure to handle billions of parameters efficiently.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to explore emerging technologies like Quantum Computing integration and Neuromorphic engineering.
- Model Governance: Establish rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure model fairness, safety, and transparency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, ethicists, and product designers to translate theoretical AI into tangible user solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Algorithms: Deep understanding of neural architectures, attention mechanisms, and optimization algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
