Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the technical vision and roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant ML pipelines and infrastructure.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the development and deployment of Large Language Models and predictive algorithms.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
