Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Machine Learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and real-time inference.
- Lead research and development in cutting-edge areas such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into real-world applications and user interfaces.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and energy efficiency to support edge computing devices.
- Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on productionizing models.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with deploying AI solutions in secure, regulated environments.
