The Role
We are looking for a leader who understands the convergence of Generative AI, Quantum Readiness, and Ethical Technology. You will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and deep technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with our 2026 vision, identifying emerging AI trends and integrating them into our core product suite.
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable AI architectures that handle millions of data points with zero latency.
- Talent Leadership & Development: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and C-suite executives to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business strategies.
- Research & Innovation: Maintain a pulse on the global tech landscape, conducting deep-dive research into emerging technologies to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize engineering resources and budgets to maximize ROI on R&D initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or senior architecture role within high-growth tech environments.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP). Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI is highly preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.
