Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for large-scale data processing and model training.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (Generative AI, Edge Computing, Quantum-ready algorithms).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and technical strategies.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development.
- Ensure ethical AI implementation and compliance with data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs and NLP solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
