Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures that power our core product offerings and future iterations.
- Future-Proofing Strategy: Anticipate emerging tech trends (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces) and integrate them into our long-term roadmap.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development to mitigate bias, ensure transparency, and prioritize safety.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate complex concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Prototype Development: Rapidly prototype high-impact AI features to validate concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, optimize, and refine AI models for latency, accuracy, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams, managing large-scale projects, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think critically about long-term technology implications and align them with business goals.
