Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design of complex AI and machine learning infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for the 2026 roadmap.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a long-term technical strategy aligned with company goals, identifying emerging technologies that will provide a competitive advantage.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Prototyping & Validation: Build high-fidelity prototypes to validate new concepts and technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, with deep experience in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
