Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, state-of-the-art neural network architectures tailored for future computing environments.
- Lead the research and integration of Quantum Machine Learning (QML) algorithms into production pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational overhead for edge devices.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, transparency, and data privacy in all development cycles.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous performance benchmarking and model validation studies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and MLOps tools.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) or hardware acceleration (TPU, GPU clusters).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex systems on time.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems design.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
