Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for next-generation AI applications.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for high-performance inference and real-time processing.
- Collaborate with data scientists to define the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap.
- Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and prototype emerging architectures such as Transformers and Diffusion models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI products.
