Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for improved performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our products.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Document technical specifications, model architecture, and API endpoints.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker) and data engineering pipelines.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments with high availability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is a plus.
