Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable Generative AI models and LLMs using modern deep learning frameworks.
- Optimize model inference for real-time applications, ensuring high speed and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, and engineering) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Conduct rigorous research to stay ahead of industry trends in AI, NLP, and computer vision.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, including model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines.
- Contribute to the technical documentation and mentorship of junior engineers.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP architectures (Transformers, BERT, GPT, etc.) and training methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing research or delivering high-impact AI products.
