Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and deploy scalable machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI and LLM fine-tuning for the 2026 roadmap.
- Pipeline Optimization: Build high-performance data pipelines and model inference engines to ensure real-time latency is minimized.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing cutting-edge techniques such as Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Vector Databases.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Model Governance: Establish best practices for model monitoring, bias detection, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence, with a focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Data Fluency: Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems required to handle massive datasets.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver robust, production-grade solutions under tight deadlines.
