Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI agent systems aligned with the 2026 product vision.
- Develop and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) workflows, including fine-tuning and RAG pipelines.
- Lead the design of memory and state management systems for persistent agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into robust engineering solutions.
- Ensure the safety, reliability, and ethical use of AI agents in production environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms relevant to the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Extensive experience building production-grade LLM applications (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
- Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and embeddings.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models that handle real-time inference at scale.
