Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, focusing on NLP and generative AI.
- Optimize model inference performance to handle high-scale production traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Research and evaluate new AI technologies and frameworks to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI applications.
- Deep understanding of statistical learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
