Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, and monitoring.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and NLP.
- Contribute to the technical architecture of our core product platforms.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
