Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements.
- Optimize existing ML pipelines for speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency using cloud infrastructure.
- Conduct rigorous research to stay ahead of industry trends in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical architecture of the platform.
- Ensure data quality, model robustness, and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker, MLflow).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
